Information pertaining to members (participants and volunteers), collected by SkiAbility  Ottawa to ensure an effective program, will be maintained in a secure fashion and will not be shared, with the exeptions listed below, with any third party without the express approval of the member.

Exceptions:

• Information required by the Ontario Water Ski Association (OWSA) to register the member will be shared with OWSA. This same information is also communicated by OWSA to Waterski and Wakeboard Canada.
• Names of members may be communicated to the press for the purposes of news articles or press releases that feature the member.
• Membership waivers include a media clause.
